The AERPRO Model SB-800DT is a compact, modular, cost-effective downdraft table. It solves in-plant dust/smoke control problems in a wide variety of applications that include the chemical, metalworking, pharmaceutical, food, and woodworking industries. The Model SB-800DT is constructed of 14/16 gauge steel, finished with a blue/gray power coat both inside and out, a hinged top table, and side panels made of aluminum and powder-coated black. The filtration system consists of multiple envelope cotton sateen flame retardant bags (optional polyester felt), an easy manually operated shaker system, and a removable bag/rack system that makes filter replacement quick and easy. The SB-800DT offers a compact design for minimum floor space plus high filtration efficiency, thereby allowing the recycling of in-plant air and reducing energy costs. The SB-800DT’s 0.9 cubic foot dust drawer allows for easy cleaning.

Overall dimensions are 29 1/2” w x 30” deep x 57 1/2” high. The base filter unit is 23 1/2” w x 24 1/4” d.
The actual work table surface is 29 1/2” w x 30 deep, with an .062” aluminum plate with 1” Dia. holes spaced on 1 1/2” centers. An aluminum expanded metal support plate functions as a small part catcher. The accessory side-wing piano hinges and slide detent latches are stainless. The work table height is 37 1/2” with 4” casters.
Rated at 800 CFM, unit is designed for a minimum of 150 fpm face velocity.
The blower is a 1 HP TEFC Motor factory wired for 115/1/60.
The 115/1/60 comes with 10’ power cord with on/off switch mounted on junction box.
The base unit is shipped in a wooden crate and the table top is shipped in a cardboard container.
