IMPROVE WORKER SAFETY AND WORKING CONDITIONS
BY REMOVING IN-PLANT COOLANT & OIL MISTS

How the AERPRO
Model MistPro 500 works

The AERPRO Model MistPro 500 was developed to
capture mist and smoke from metal working fluids while providing minimum maintenance for high pressure (600 – 1000 PSI) applications. The mist/smoke laden air is drawn first through a mechanical impinger to filter out large particulate. The air stream is then drawn through an electrostatic cell where 95 – 97% of all sub-micron particulate is removed. The air stream continues upwards through a second electrostatic cell where the efficiency reaches 99+% (ASHRAE 52.1). The air exits through a fourth stage filter prior to discharge out the top of the unit.

MistPRO 500 FEATURE & BENEFIT DETAILS
Minimum maintenance: Very low maintenance can be expected when collecting straight oil mist. Maintenance cycles can approach one year between cell and filter washing. It is not abnormal that the AERPRO Model MistPRO 500 can go one year between cleaning cycles. Unlike most mist collectors, there are no filters to purchase, only occasional cleaning.

Self-cleaning: The MistPRO 500 vertical air flow in conjunction with the variable speed control, allows for the unit to be virtually self-cleaning since the collected fluids drip down and clean or rinse the previous section.

Extreme low power usage: Media filters require 2 – 9” of static pressure across the filters. The Model MistPro 500 requires less than ½”, which translates to less than 250 watts of usage. Multiple machine units can save hundreds and even thousands of dollars annually over other units.

21st Century Electronics: Unlike old style electronic air cleaners, the snap and crackle has been eliminated due to advanced electronic circuitry. This proprietary design aids in the long maintenance cycles.

Performance guarantee: If after 60 days, you are not satisfied, return the unit for full credit.*
*(Unit must be cleaned and shipped prepaid in original shipping container.)
